It is manufactured from Sulphonic acid, produced from synthetic base stock, acting calcium as soap.
APPLICATION:
It is used in Manufacture of Greases, Rust Preventive Compounds in gasoline and Diesel Engine oils to control piston deposits and Hydraulic oils as detergent additive. It is used in formulation of Metal Working fluids- Rust preventives giving high resistance to humidity and Salt Water Spray Test. It is also used for protective coatings, corrosion inhibitors, lubricants, Lube oil additive, emulsifies in Pesticide, Wetting of solids etc.
